The Next Ten Movies in Our Netflix Queue

Gone Baby Gone was great. I just watched it over the weekend. Waitress, The Kingdom, and Deja Vu were all good. Bobby was alright. And, I had to turn off Children of Men after 20 minutes…I didn’t like it. But, if you loved the book, you may like the movie.
I would recommend The Brave One and A Mighty Heart. I liked both of those.
If you like ‘Superbad’ (i.e. infantile humor), and I did, you might want to try a movie that came out a couple years ago, and by lack of buzz must have stayed under the radar. It’s called ‘Waiting.’ Basically chronicles the life of the young staff of a TGIF type restaurant (I think they use Bennigan’s as the spoof). IMDB it and get the cast list which will give you a good idea about it. I found it hilarious on it’s own, but also because I just ‘found’ it, no one recommended it first.
superbad and the kingdom are both REALLY good.
I have not seen “Waitress”, “Deja Vu”, “Once” or “Bobby”
But I like all the other ones.
I can’t think of any to recommend right now, brain is kind of scatterd at the moment, but if I think of any, I’ll come back.
Children of Men.. beautiful.
Sad and beautiful (I don’t know how it will be to you since you’ve read the book first.. I didn’t, so the movie was magical to me). Unfortunately, a devastating majority of films made after successful books prove average if not a complete disappointment.

Kpriss: I saw that it received really good reviews, so hopefully it’ll be good. I remember when reading it thinking that this would make a great movie.
