Last year, I wrote my resolutions down and periodically checked them.

That seemed to work much better for me, given my previous experience in “giving up” or “just forgetting about it.”

And having an Internet audience is always a good support system.

That’s a good plan; I look forward to your updates; I myself have enlisted a partnership with a chick at work, for both of us to get more fit in the New Year; we have vowed to keep each other accountable, but we’ll see how it goes..
