- My Wife – Although we have our disagreements from time to time (and what couple doesn’t) I love my wife to death. She is always there for me, encouraging me, believing in me, and loving me despite my shortcomings. I truly adore her and Thank God every day that she came into my life.
- The Babito – The little boy who changed our lives so much for the better. I am amazed at how much love I have for him and how much love he has for me and his Mommy. I am so proud to be called his Daddy.
- My Job – Although it’s not my dream job, my job provides stimulation and challenges, allows us to have all we want and need in life, isn’t so demanding that I have to work late hours, and provided me the opportunity to meet a lot of really great people.
- My Family – This includes both my and my wife’s sides of the family. I am so thankful to have both my parents and Helen’s mother so involved in the Babito’s life. He’s lucky to have such wonderful grandparents.
- My Dogs – Although they can sometimes be real pitas, I truly love our two dogs. Even though they don’t get nearly the attention they used to get pre-Babito, their unconditional love for us is truly wonderful.
- My Country – I’m thankful to live in the best country in the world. People around the world love to put this country down, but I’d hate to see how the world would be without us.
- Our Troops – Thank God for all of the troops, including my nephew, who voluntarily risk their lives every day, for low pay and with little recognition. Their sacrifices should be an inspiration to us all. God Bless Them.

Wonderful list. I have to echo each and every one of them.
May your nephew be brought home safely. All of the troops are heroes in my eyes.
