- Are you ever completely happy with your house, or are changes, upgrades, improvements an ongoing, lifelong thing? It seems that as soon as a home improvement project is wrapping up, my wife is busy planning the next one. Does it ever end? If you’re reading this, I love you Honey!
- I haven’t worked it all out in my head yet, but I think there’s a good analogy between life and a day at Disneyland as a child. The child at Disneyland is so excited to be there and the day seems to go by so fast. The child doesn’t want to leave and wants to be there for as long as possible, but as day turns to night the child begins to get tired, though he still loves being at Disneyland. The child wants to stay for the fireworks. By the time it’s time to go the child is falling asleep on the tram ride to the parking lot and is ready to go home. Am I making any sense? I’ll revisit this when I get my thoughts together.
- More people should realize that life is short and we should all be enjoying our families, friends, and everyday moments much more than we do now. We’re always reminded of this when some tragedy occurs, but we should remind ourselves each morning.

Point B might be kind of silly. I’m thinking that by the end of the day (and the end of your life) maybe you’re ready to go home (ready to go to the afterlife). The analogy doesn’t really work because when you’re little time goes by fast at Disneyland but slow in life.

I hear you on the neverending home improvements. It’s like an addicition. Is there medication that can treat it??
